Our Wedding

Who knew Carie and Steve were going to fall in love! Carie met Steve over a decade ago through sailboat racing. They worked together as crewmates in regattas and the offshore delivery of Steve's yacht 'Bogey' from Newport, Rhode Island to Hampton, Virginia. Over the years, Carie and Steve traveled on separate life paths within the sailing community. Their paths crossed again in a very meaningful way in 2025. With lots of love and the good Lord working in their lives, Steve and Carie have been celebrating the 'Best Day Ever' each and every day they are together. Carie and Steve are elated to have you join them in celebration of their love, their beautiful community of family and friends, and the beginning of a life united together.

Relaxed yet still respectable! A comfortable style that’s a little bit more-put-together. It’s less professional than “business casual” but more sophisticated than “just running to Costco.”⁜Ladies: The reception will be held in a grassy area - recommend flats, wedges or wide heels.
